Refund Policy

1. Try before you buy
Every plan starts with a free trial: 7 days on the Founder plan, 14 days on Starter, Growth, and Scale. No credit card is required to start. You will not be charged during your trial. Use the trial to confirm the product is right for you before committing.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until that date and you retain access to outputs you have already generated.
3. When we issue refunds
If you were charged and believe it was in error, email support@thedealmentor.ai within 7 days of the charge. We review every request on its merits. Refunds are generally issued for:
- Accidental double charges or duplicate billing.
- Technical issues that prevented you from accessing the service for an extended period.
- Charges processed after you submitted a cancellation request.
4. When we do not issue refunds
- Partial months of service after cancellation, including the portion of a billing period remaining when you cancel.
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs. Output quality depends substantially on the information you provide during intake. We are happy to coach you to better outputs in chat support before any cancellation.
5. Annual plans
Annual subscribers may request a prorated refund for unused full months within 30 days of their annual renewal date. After 30 days, the annual commitment runs to its end. Contact support@thedealmentor.ai to start the request.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@thedealmentor.ai with:
- The email address on your account.
- The date and amount of the charge.
- A short note on why you are requesting the refund.
We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle.com (our merchant of record) and typically reach your card within 5 to 10 business days.
