By creating an account, starting a free trial, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to every user, including trial users. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
TheDealMentor.AI is a sales platform operated by KSW Solutions. It provides a built-in CRM, a suite of AI tools that generate sales programs, playbooks, scripts, campaigns, certifications and coaching content, and, on qualifying plans, scheduled access to a live fractional CRO provided by KSW Solutions. The exact features, tools, limits and CRO allocation depend on your plan and may change.
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including the activity of team members you invite. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
KSW Solutions reserves the right to add, modify, replace, or remove any feature, tool, module, integration, or session limit at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of that change.
We may change pricing, plan structures, feature allocations, billing intervals, and promotional terms at any time. Existing subscribers are notified of material pricing changes before they take effect. New pricing applies to new subscriptions and renewals. Free trial terms and promotional discounts may be introduced, modified, or removed without prior notice.
Founder plan trials run 7 days. All other plan trials run 14 days. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue generating new content. Existing outputs remain accessible. Trial terms may change at any time.
Plans are billed monthly or annually, in advance, as selected at checkout. Annual subscribers save approximately 20% compared to monthly billing. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term at the then-current price until you cancel. You may cancel any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and stops the next renewal. No refunds are issued for partial periods except as set out in our Refund Policy. Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and merchant of record.
Some plans carry a minimum commitment. Call-centre / BPO and other sales-led arrangements are set out in a separate order form or agreement - including any minimum term, such as a three-month minimum - which applies alongside these terms; where they conflict, the order form controls for that customer. Annual plans commit for the year, subject to the limited proration window in the Refund Policy.
You keep ownership of the information you enter - your intake, deals, contacts, and uploaded documents. You grant KSW Solutions a limited licence to store and process that information solely to operate and provide the service to you. You are responsible for the content you submit, and you represent that you have the rights and any necessary consents to provide it - including any personal data about third parties you upload or import (for example, contact records) - and that your use complies with applicable privacy and data-protection laws. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Outputs are generated by AI from the information you provide. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and they are not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing every output and deciding whether and how to use it. We do not guarantee any particular result, revenue, ranking, or outcome.
You may not use TheDealMentor.AI to generate deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, infringing, or unlawful content; to send unlawful communications or spam; to upload data you have no right to use; to resell or sublicense the service without written permission; or to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or attempt to reproduce the platform's prompts, methodology synthesis, models, or system design. We may investigate and act on suspected violations.
Outputs generated based on your inputs are yours to use for your own business purposes. The platform itself - including the software, prompts, methodology synthesis, system architecture, user interface, and brand assets - is the exclusive intellectual property of KSW Solutions.

The service relies on third-party providers, including Paddle (payments), Supabase (hosting) and Anthropic (AI processing). Your use of those parts may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for the acts, outages, or failures of third-party providers.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Results vary based on the quality of your inputs, your execution, your market, and many factors outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KSW Solutions and its founder, personnel and providers are not liable for business outcomes, lost revenue, missed quota, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You will indemnify and hold harmless KSW Solutions from claims, damages, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your handling of third-party data you provided to the service.
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or misuse, with notice where practicable. You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. On termination, your right to use the service ends; export any outputs you want to keep beforehand (Word and CSV export are available in-product).
We may update these terms as the product and applicable laws evolve. Material changes will be communicated to your account email before they take effect. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept it. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the service, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue. Before filing, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by first contacting support@thedealmentor.ai.
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any applicable order form, are the entire agreement between you and KSW Solutions regarding the service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
