Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to every user, including trial users. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What the service does

TheDealMentor.AI is a Virtual CRO platform that generates sales programs, playbooks, scripts, objection handlers, and coaching content using AI. It is operated by KSW Solutions. Higher plans include scheduled Human CRO access with Tal Paperin (founder, KSW Solutions). The exact allocation depends on your plan.

3. We may change the service

KSW Solutions reserves the right to add, modify, replace, or remove any feature, tool, module, AI model, integration, or session limit at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of that change.

4. We may change pricing

We may change pricing, plan structures, feature allocations, billing intervals, and promotional terms at any time. Existing subscribers are notified of material pricing changes before they take effect. New pricing applies to new subscriptions and renewals. Free trial terms and promotional discounts may be introduced, modified, or removed without prior notice.

5. Free trial

Founder plan trials run 7 days. All other plan trials run 14 days. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue generating new content. Existing outputs remain accessible. Trial terms may change at any time.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Annual subscribers save approximately 20% compared to monthly billing. You may cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Purchase agreement

Completing a purchase confirms that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, including all provisions on feature changes, pricing changes, and service modifications. Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Continuing to use the service after purchase constitutes ongoing acceptance.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use TheDealMentor.AI to generate deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, or unlawful content. You may not resell or sublicense the service without written permission. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or attempt to reproduce the platform's prompts, methodology synthesis, or system design.

9. Intellectual property

Outputs generated based on your inputs are yours to use for your own business purposes. The platform itself, including the AI prompts, methodology synthesis, system architecture, user interface, and brand assets, are the exclusive intellectual property of KSW Solutions.

10. Limitation of liability

TheDealMentor.AI provides sales guidance and AI-generated content. Results vary based on the quality of your inputs, your execution, your market, and many factors outside our control. Outcomes are not guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KSW Solutions is not liable for business outcomes, lost revenue, missed quota, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Total aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
